- Instant integration to your projects already running. RPV Reports Steel is able to handle the text files that your system is sending to the printer. RPV Steel can understand also the sequences being sent to printer (escape codes for example).
- Great printing quality. RPV Reports Steel prints your reports with the quality that Windows offers even from DOS and UNIX.
- Graphic capabilities. RPV Reports is able to print pictures, watermarks, lines, barcodes, change colors and more. Additionally, a report can contain links to open programs, files, web pages, other reports, etc.
- Include charts. Insert charts 2D and 3D into your reports with ease using RPV Chart Helper application. Prepare the chart using this wizard and when you're done, just paste the code and obtain a chart quickly.
- Work with templates. This is one of the most important features. Working with templates will give you more new possibilities. For example, it will not be necessary that your programs are modified and compiled to change your reports anymore. Send your data to delimited plain files and let RPV format them.

- RPVCorporate.ocx activex object. This object will help you to work with RPV performing special tasks such as WordWrap, Justify, etc. Open the viewer or send your reports to the printer without running any EXE file.
- Extra tools. RPV Reports Steel includes, for those languages that do not accept activex objects (DOS languages for example), extra tools to perform the same tasks. RpvPrint.exe, WordWrap.exe, Justify.exe are some of them.
- Print server included. The RPV Print Server is indicated to handle large ammounts of reports and the link to other platforms such as UNIX. (Sco, Linux, QNX, HP-UX, Solaris, etc).
Using this tool it will be possible to preview a report generated in UNIX on your Windows system.
- Royalty free license. This means no fees for end users at all. With the developer license, RPV Reports Steel is delivered with a license for unlimited end users. It is not necessary to buy licenses for end users.
