Fixing titles. Parameters FixedHor and FixedVer.

Setting the parameters FixedHor and FixedVer is possible to fix the titles of a report shown by the report viewer.

Both parameters are optional and are declared in the configuration section of a report.

Syntax:

FixedHor=Num_of_twips
FixedVer=Num_of_twips

The titles can be also fixed by the end user using the "fix titles" buttons.
